Common rooms start from SGD $800/month. Master bedrooms with private attached bathroom start from SGD $1,500/month. All prices include fully furnished rooms and free WiFi. Utilities are shared equally among tenants. There are no agent fees or hidden charges.
No. Colivs charges zero agent fees. You deal directly with us. The only upfront cost is a 1-month security deposit, which is fully refundable at the end of your lease. Every cost is disclosed transparently before you commit.
WiFi is included free of charge. Other utilities (electricity, water, gas) are shared equally among all tenants in the unit and charged transparently each month. There are no hidden utility markups.
Yes. Our master bedrooms with private attached bathroom are ideal for couples. They come with a King or Queen-sized bed and offer the privacy of your own bathroom within a premium condo setting. Pricing for couples may vary slightly — contact us for details.
All Colivs rooms are exclusively in private condominiums and landed properties. We do not operate in HDB flats. This means every resident enjoys full access to condo facilities including pool, gym, BBQ areas, and 24-hour security.
Every room is fully furnished with a bed (King/Queen for master, Single/Super Single for common), wardrobe, study desk, chair, aircon, and premium linen. Free high-speed WiFi is included. You also get full, unrestricted kitchen access and access to all condo facilities (pool, gym, security).
Yes. Unlike many other coliving operators in Singapore who restrict kitchen use, Colivs provides full, unrestricted access to a fully equipped kitchen. You can cook every meal if you wish — there are no cooking restrictions whatsoever.
Yes. Visitors are always welcome with no restrictions. Your home should feel like a home, and we place no limitations on having guests visit.
We have rooms across Singapore near major MRT stations including Simei, Upper Changi, Pasir Ris, Kembangan, Eunos, Sengkang, Hougang (East/North-East), Novena, Yio Chu Kang (Central), Woodlands, Admiralty (North), Orchard (Central), and Jurong, Clementi, Cashew, Hillview, Hume, Choa Chu Kang (West). All properties are in condominiums within walking distance of MRT stations.
Most rooms are available for immediate move-in. Once you confirm your booking and pay the security deposit, you can typically move in within a few days. All rooms are fully furnished and ready — just bring your suitcase.
You will need a valid passport or Singapore ID (NRIC/FIN), and a 1-month security deposit. The process is straightforward with no complicated paperwork. We welcome all nationalities.
